Because each piece from FusedHope is custom-made and created just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized or custom orders.

Each pendant is handcrafted with care based on your submitted fingerprints, footprints, handprints, or other provided images. Due to the unique and personal nature of these items, we are unable to restock or resell them.
